Website Privacy Policy
What this page covers. This policy explains what information soonplusrx.com collects and how we use it. It is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers your pharmacy records under HIPAA.
What we collect. The only information this website collects is what you type into the prescription transfer request form: your name and phone number, the patient's name and date of birth, your current pharmacy, and, if you choose to list them, medication names. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it. We use it for one purpose: to call you back and complete your prescription transfer. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside the pharmacy.
Where it is stored. The form runs on Google Workspace under a Business Associate Agreement with Google, which means it is covered by HIPAA safeguards. Only pharmacy staff can see responses.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies for that, IP addresses are anonymized, and no information from the transfer form is sent to Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Links. Buttons on this site may open Google Maps or Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your choices. You can ask us to delete your form submission at any time by calling (323) 467-2101 or emailing Contact@soonplusrx.com. Your pharmacy records, once a transfer is complete, are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
